At an engine's design stage, detailed drawings (blueprints) are produced by the engine designers to manufacturers to specify component dimensions which will produce the optimum efficiency for the finished engine. During the manufacturing process, however, many parts will be produced that contain inaccuracies. The aim of blueprinting therefore is to remove these defects and optimise the dimensions and clearances within the engine to precisely reproduce the maximum performance that the designers intended.

Our specifications for the CBR1000rr have been developed to produce the ideal power characterisics for a variety of uses and budgets. We offer a top-end tuning job that involves Gas Flowed Head, Race Cams and Raised compression. used in conjunction with a micron serpent exhaust and power commander you will have around 180bhp.
